I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! This is what I like to call a “Mobile home community” I lived on the side with the playground which is clean and well maintained, they are bringing in new homes often and they are nice! I lucked out to have found this place when I did! There is a hidden gem in the back of the neighborhood, 12 mile creek which is also very clean!

I love this place!! Nice clean and quiet. The management will go above and beyond to help you!!! My father is disabled and this is the perfect neighborhood for him. He loves sitting on the porch watching the kids play. And all the kids are wonderful. Very polite and respectful. Can see we will be here for a VERY long time!!
