Tesla owners are welcome, we have 50 amp chargers as well as a privacy fence surrounding the community, a pool, and a small library and billiards in the clubhouse. RV guests enjoy our showers and restrooms.

Nearby attractions include shopping within walking distance, Mooney Grove Park, location of the Tulare County Museum, social activities, sporting events, and jobs.

Sequoia, Kings Canyon and Yosemite National Parks, Redwood forest and mountains are only an hour away. The beach is 3 hours away, and the bustling metropolises and San Francisco or Los Angeles are 4 hours away each as well.
